Foam-water fire suppression systems have typically been grouped in the "special hazards" category for years. Truth is, they are not so "special" anymore. The popularity of foam-water systems has increased significantly over the last several years due to technological advancements in robotics for high-piled storage, parking garages, and battery-related occupancies. Foam is not just for ignitable liquids anymore.
