Diesel Fire Pump Installation Requirements (CA)

This course will detail the installation requirements of diesel fire pumps per NFPA 20. We will discuss the purpose of components and the importance of proper installation. Specific topics will include automatic relief, ventilation, exhaust, fuel, batteries, and the controller. Upon completion of this seminar, attendees will be able to: Identify five common installation mistakes that could void the warranty from the fire pump supplier. List design requirements regarding diesel fuel systems. Identify exhaust system requirements of NFPA 20 and options available to the contractor and engineer to meet site-specific requirements.  Approved For:
