If you have never experienced the feeling of “being served”, it is not pleasant. In fact, no matter how innocent you are in the matter, the mere fact of your name showing up as a Defendant can, and most probably, consume your life until it is over. From that point on, you will start losing time and most likely money. Even if you win, rarely do you recoup the full amount of money you will lose over the course of time it takes for it to end.
